A day of hard graft (or light weeding) on our farm will leave you feeling fit and refreshed. We always have a range of tasks for whatever your ability, you wont need a gym membership or any fancy trainers. Just clothes suitable for the weather that you don't mind getting a bit muddy.

Walk, run, cycle or skate your way to the farm. Good for the environment and you! It's about 2 miles to the farm, make your journey part of your work out. It's a lovely journey past Whitlingham Country Park.

Bring the whole family There are tasks for everyone at the farm, getting outdoors is a great way to get your children outdoors and improve your whole families health.
