Taste the wonderful flavours of fermented vegetables such as kimchi and sauerkraut. Learn how to create your own jar of naturally fermented vegetables using produce fresh from the farm. It’s yours to keep, along with the recipes and the know how. Fermented vegetables are fabulous for helping build and maintain our good gut bacteria, which in turn support our immune system.

Trish Dent has more than 30 years’ experience of meat-free cooking for groups in England and abroad. Qualified as a Health Coach and Cook, Trish teaches cooking skills to individuals and small groups as well as giving demonstrations and talks on healthy cooking and lifestyles.
